1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Argus AI services provided by DevTech.pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Argus AI is an advanced fire and threat detection system that uses artificial intelligence to analyze video feeds from existing CCTV infrastructure. The service provides real-time detection capabilities with local processing to ensure data privacy and security.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper installation and configuration of the system
  • Maintaining adequate hardware infrastructure
  • Complying with local laws and regulations regarding surveillance
  • Proper maintenance of CCTV equipment
  • Ensuring authorized personnel have appropriate access

4. System Performance

While Argus AI achieves 85% average detection accuracy across tested environments, we cannot guarantee 100% detection rates. The system should be used as part of a comprehensive security strategy and not as the sole means of fire detection.

5. Limitation of Liability

DevTech.pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Data Privacy and Security

All video processing occurs locally on your infrastructure. DevTech.pro does not access, store, or transmit your video data. Users maintain full control over their data and detection logs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Argus AI software, algorithms, and related intellectual property remain the property of DevTech.pro. Users receive a license to use the software but do not acquire ownership rights.

8. Support and Maintenance

DevTech.pro provides technical support and software updates as part of the service agreement. Support response times and availability are defined in the specific service level agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as defined in the contract. Upon termination, users retain access to locally stored data and detection logs.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
